COMMUNICATION ACTIVITIES
During their animal unit, the students study the animals of Latin and South America, and they bring in their animals to present for pet day. Everyone loves meeting the alpacas and learning about all of the uses for their wool.
Students have the opportunity to barter for goods in the target language while playing the part of both vendor and store owner at Market Day.
Students present dynamic fashion shows with music and dances to their Spanish peers. The students demonstrate mastery of their clothing unit and show off their speaking skills while entertaining all who attend.
